DVG850高速立式加工中心主轴箱灵敏度分析

【摘要】 基于Pro/Mechanical,以模态频率为性能指标,对DVG850高速立式加工中心主轴箱进行灵敏度分析,得出各设计变量对主轴箱第一阶固有频率的影响情况,根据主轴箱具体情况对灵敏度分析结果进行评价,为高速立式加工中心主轴箱结构改进或优化设计提供前提依据。

【Abstract】 Take modal frequency as performance index,sensitivity analysis was implemented in high-speed vertical machining center headstock based on Pro/Mechanical.And the situation that the first natural frequency of the headstock was affected by the design variables was darwed.According to the specific circumstances of the headstock,the results of the sensitivity analysis was evaluated.And Basis was provided for structural design or optimization of the headstock of high-speed vertical machining center.
