TBM运动仿真系统构建与多用户立体显示方法改进
Building of TBM Motion Simulation System and Research on Multi-user Initiative Stereo Displaying
【摘要】 在全断面掘进机(TBM)的开发、设计和制造中引入数字样机技术是十分必要的,而虚拟现实系统因性能卓越可大大提高数字样机的仿真效果。文章基于美国SGI公司的Onyx4可视化系统构建了面向TBM运动仿真的虚拟制造系统,详细讨论了系统的软硬件构建方法;在虚拟制造系统中引入了主动立体显示技术,并根据实际应用中发现的不足对原立体图像生成方法进行了改进,结合单用户沉浸式系统的优势提出一种用于改善多用户沉浸效果的可变位差主动立体显示方法,并最终进行试验,取得较好效果。
【Abstract】 It’s necessary to apply numerical prototype technology in developing processes of TBM,and the application of VR system can enormously enhance the simulation effect.In the article,hardware architecture function of a VR system based on SGI Onyx4 visualization system for TBM motion simulation were discussed and analyzed.The article also introduced initiative stereo displaying technology to the virtual manufacturing system,and a variable image-differential stereo displaying method was improved referred to single-user immersion system.This made an improvement on the traditional stereo image generating method to reduce the discomfort founded during the experiment,and the followed tests was indicated that the new method was useful.
