【摘要】 目的探讨音乐干预在肠道肿瘤术后护理的应用效果。方法将64例肠道肿瘤手术患者随机分为试验组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),试验组术后即播放预先选择的音乐,每天3次,每次20-40min,对照组术后不播放音乐。观察术后患者的疼痛程度,记录患者的疼痛指数、镇痛药的应用情况、平均留置胃管天数及平均术后住院天数等。结果试验组患者疼痛指数和镇痛药的用量显著低于对照组,平均术后住院天数及留置胃管天数低于对照组。结论音乐干预可缓解肠道肿瘤患者术后的紧张情绪,减轻术后疼痛,促进患者的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of music intervention in postoperative nursing for patients with intestinal tumor.Methods Totally 64 patients with intestinal tumor were randomly divided into experimental group(n=32) and control group(n=32).The experimental group received music intervention,and music played three times per day,20-40 minutes each time.The control group received the traditional nursing care.The patients’ pain,application of analgesic drugs,average gastric tube duration,and average postoperative hospitalization days were compared.Results There were significant differences in pain index,dosage of analgesic drugs,average postoperative hospitalization days,and gastric tube duration time between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Music intervention can relieve postoperative nervous of patients with intestinal tumor,alleviate their postoperative pain,and promote their recovery.更多还原
