【摘要】 总结了19例腹腔镜下直肠癌前切除术同时行预防性回肠造瘘术患者的护理方法。5例发生造瘘口周围皮肤湿疹,2例发生造瘘口周围皮肤溃烂,经对症处理后治愈。术后分阶段营养支持及精心的皮肤护理,有助于腹腔镜下直肠癌前切除术并行预防性回肠造瘘术患者的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article summarizes the nursing care of 19 patients undergoing preventive ileostomy after laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal cancer. Five patients who suffered eczema and two patients who suffered dermatic ulcer were cured after treatment. Staged postoperative nutritional support and meticulous skin care are helpful to the patients’ recovery from preventive ileostomy after laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal cancer.更多还原
