【摘要】 总结了5例心脏直视术后并发胸骨裂开患者的护理经验。重点是密切观察病情,协助医生及早诊断和处理,维护心功能稳定,做好胸骨后冲洗护理,减少胸骨活动度,监测和控制血糖,同时加强营养支持和卧位与活动的指导,促进胸骨愈合。经积极治疗和护理,4例痊愈,1死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the nursing experiences of 5 cases with sternal dehiscence after open-heart operation. The key points in perioperative nursing were close observation of disease process,assisting doctors with diagnosis and treatment early,maintenance of heart function,post-sternotomy washing care,reducing activity degree of sternum,monitoring and controlling blood glucose,strengthening nutritional support,posture and exercise guidance to promote healing of sternum. After active treatment and nursing care,4 neonates recovered and 1 neonate died.更多还原
