【Abstract】 Anion exchanger(AE)2 expressed on many tissue of human beings.It is a versatile embedded membrane proteins,and was identified on the red blood cell membrane initially.The main function of anion exchanger 2 is to transfer anion of one price,and to exchange Cl-/HCO3-quickly under physiological conditions.In recent years,abnormal expressions of anion exchanger 2 on some tumors were found,and it may be closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors,and may become an important target site of tumor vaccine therapy.更多还原
