【摘要】 目的探讨咽旁间隙的超声解剖及正常声像图特点。方法观察经CT和MRI检查并提示咽旁间隙正常的健康人33例,采用超声沿下颌骨外缘检查咽旁间隙。结果超声表现前界为颌下腺的内侧缘,外界为腮腺的深面,后界为乳突的内侧缘,内界为咽侧壁。沿下颌骨外周缘超声可显示咽旁间隙,咽旁间隙声像图的横切面呈倒置三角形,除翼内外肌和穿过其内的神经难以显示外,咽旁前间隙的筋膜脂肪组织表现强弱相间的软组织层次结构,而咽旁后间隙则表现为片状弱回声区夹杂低回声小区。结论颌下腺、腮腺和乳突是超声检查咽旁间隙的3个重要解剖标志,认识咽旁间隙的正常超声图像对提高咽旁间隙病变诊断正确率具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the ultrasound anatomy and normal ultrasonography of parapharyngeal space. Methods In a total of 33 healthy people with normal parapharyngeal space examined by CT and MRI,ultrasound scaning along the exterior edge of inferior maxilla was performed.The distribution,relation of anatomic adjacent areas and ultrasonographic feature were assessed. Results Parapharyngeal space was formed by surrounding of inferior maxilla,parotid,rachis and the parapharyngeal side wall,which was the potential araeosis connective tissue space deep in the upper neck outside of the hypopharynx. The front inferior was the interior edge of salivary gland; the lateral was the deep surface of the parotid gland; the rearward was the interior edge of the mastoid; the interior part was the parapharygeal lateral wall. The exterior edge of chinbone the parapharyngeal space and the transverse surface of parapharyngeal space by ultrasonography were displayed as upside-down triangle. The lateral pterygoid muscles with nerves were difficult to display except for medical pterygoid muscles,the fascia fat tissue of front parapharyngeal space and rear parapharyngeal space showing interphase strong and weak soft tissue hierarchical structure and weak patchy echo zone. Conclusion The salivary gland,parotid gland and mastoid are the three key anatomy elements in examining parapharyngeal space by ultrasound. Ultrasound anatomy of parapharyngeal space has clinical significance in improving awareness of parapharyngeal space illness.更多还原
