烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)的施胶性能及其应用研究

【摘要】 研究了烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)在胶版印刷纸和书写纸生产的应用技术,对影响ASA施胶的乳化工艺、pH值、填料和浆料配比等进行探讨。结果表明,ASA施胶具有成本优势;浆内淀粉酸化、pH值窄范围控制和填料量稳定是获得良好ASA应用性能所必需的。提高ASA乳液的稳定性和降低对pH值的敏感性是拓展其应用效果的主要研究方向。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of ASA and its application technology in offset printing and writing papers were investigated. The factors influencing ASA sizing, such as emulsification process, system pH, filler and furnish etc. were discussed. Results showed that ASA sizing benefits the surface sizing, and reduces sizing cost. In order to have the good sizing efficiencing it is necessary to use acid treated cationic starch, narrow range of pH value and stable filler dosage. Improving stability of ASA emulsion and reducing ASA sensitivity to pH will be the further research direction.
