粗叶悬钩子总生物碱抑制肝细胞凋亡的超微结构与TUNEL染色观察

【摘要】 目的:研究粗叶悬钩子总生物碱对肝细胞凋亡及肝细胞超微结构的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、粗叶悬钩子总生物碱处理组和阳性药对照组。采用CC l4腹腔内注射建立肝损伤大鼠模型。应用TUNEL检测各组肝组织的凋亡指数,电镜观察肝细胞超微结构。结果:粗叶悬钩子总生物碱处理组与阳性药对照组的大鼠肝细胞超微结构损伤程度、肝组织中凋亡指数,均分别较模型组显著减轻与下降。结论:粗叶悬钩子总生物碱能明显减轻肝细胞超微结构损伤,抑制肝组织中细胞凋亡。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the anti-apoptosis effects of Rubus alceaefolius total alkaloids in rats with hepatic injury.Method: The hepatic injury model of rat was induced by intraperitoneal injection with CCl4.Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group,the R.alceaefolius total alkaloids intervened group,and the bifendate intervened group.The expressions of the levels of liver cell apoptosis were determined by TUNEL.Ultrastructures of the liver cells were observed with transmission electron microscope.Result: Compared with the model group,the degree of hepatic injury and the positive expressions of apoptosis in liver tissues in the R.alceaefolius total alkaloids intervened groups and the bifendate intervened group were significantly lower.Conclusion: R.alceaefolius total alkaloids could reduce the pathological changes and degree of hepatic injury in rats,which may be partially through inhibiting the expressions of apoptosis in liver tissue.
