【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺最小癌的临床病理学特点及诊断要点。方法:对16例乳腺最小癌的临床病理学资料进行分析。结果:16例乳腺最小癌患者均为女性,症状期1个月～15个月。乳腺最小癌发生率占同期乳腺癌患者的2.8%。结论:乳腺最小癌无特异性临床表现,早期诊断较为困难,掌握其临床与病理学特点对该病的诊断及治疗有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological features and diagnosis of minimal breast carcinoma. Methods The clinical and pathological characteristics of 16 cases of minimal breast carcinoma were studied. Results In 16 cases of minimal breast carcinoma, all patients were females. The duration of their illness before operation were 1 to 15 months. Minimal breast carcinoma accounted for 2.8%(16/563) of all breast cancers in the same period. Conclusion It is very difficult to detect minimal breast carcinoma because there are non-specific clinical symptoms of the patients, the clinical and pathological features are essential for the diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
