温度、接种量及微量元素对水葫芦产甲烷的影响

【摘要】 在实验室进行了不同接种量(接种物VS与水葫芦VS比例分别为0,0.5,1,2)、不同发酵温度(35℃,55℃)以及微量元素Fe2+,Co2+,N i2+对水葫芦厌氧发酵的影响,结果表明,加大接种量有利于提高水葫芦厌氧发酵的启动与产气率,综合产气量、原料降解率,以接种比例1较适宜。55℃高温厌氧发酵有利于加快厌氧发酵进程,缩短发酵周期,但总产气量及原料降解率与35℃无区别。添加适量的微量元素可以提高前7天总产气量,三种微量元素对水葫芦厌氧发酵的影响力为Fe2+>Co2+>N i2+。

【Abstract】 The effect of temperature(35℃ and 55℃),inoculating ratio in VS(inoculum∶substrate=0∶1,0.5∶1,1∶1,2∶1) and trace metals(Fe2+,Co2+,Ni2+),on methane production from water hyacinth was evaluated in laboratory batch assays.Results indicate that methane production rate increased when the inoculating ratio was increased and optimal ratio was found to be 1∶1.Methane producing was quicker in 55℃ than that in 35℃,but total methane production and substrate biodegradability were similar for both temperatures.Trace metals Fe2+,Co2+,Ni2+ could increase the total methane production in initial 7 days of fermentation,and the influence sequence was Fe2+>Co2+>Ni2+.
