【摘要】 目的观察口服替加氟节拍化疗配合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效性和安全性。方法56例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC,ⅢB期46例,Ⅳ期10例)中初治32例,复治24例。男38例,女18例。年龄46～78岁。服用替加氟50 mg,tid,持续服用至放疗结束后6个月或病情进展或毒性不能耐受为止。根据WHO标准评价疗效和毒性。结果全组56例患者均可评价,获CR 8例,PR 34例,SD 8例,PD 6例,有效率75.0%。中位无进展生存时间(TTP)为11.8个月,中位生存期(MST)为18.3个月。Karnofsky评分治疗前平均74.6分,治疗后平均为86.7分。1,2,3年生存率分别为75.0%、29.1%和11.7%。主要毒副反应为放射性食管炎、乏力、骨髓抑制、恶心和食欲不振,但均较轻微。结论口服替加氟节拍化疗配合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,能延缓病情发展,提高患者生活质量,毒副作用轻微,费用低廉,易为患者接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the validity and safety of metronomic chemotherapy with oral tegafur tablets combined with radiotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients.Methods Fifty-six cases of NSCLC(46 cases stage ⅢB and 10 cases stage Ⅳ) were studied.Of them,32 received initial treatment and 24 retreatment,38 were males and 18 femals,age 46-78.They were treated with oral tegafur tablets 50mg three times a day continuously until six months after radiotherapy or the disease progressed or the patient could not tolerate the toxicity.Curative effect and toxicity were evaluated according to the WHO standard.Results All of the fifty-six case could be evaluated.CR was obtained in 8 cases,PR in 34 cases,SD in 8 cases,PD in 6 cases,the RR was 75.0% and the TTP was 11.8 months.The median survival time(MST) was 18.3 months.The Karnofsky score was 74.6 in average before treatment,and 86.7 after treatment.The one-,two-and three-years survival rates were 75.0%,29.1% and 11.7%.The chief adverse reactions were radiation esophagitis,hypodynamia,suppression of bone marrow,nausea and anepithymia.The adverse reactions were mild.Conclusion Metronomic chemotherapy with oral tegafur tablets combined with radiotherapy for treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients can delay the progress of the disease,improve the quality of the patients′ life,the adverse effect is mild,the cost is low,and can be accepted by the patients easily.更多还原
