【摘要】 目的:观察中药熏洗配合小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合入选标准的病例50例82膝,其中轻度21膝,中度37膝,重度24膝,应用自制中药熏洗每日2次,小针刀治疗每5日1次,20d为1个疗程。结果:比较治疗前后效果,显效26膝,好转50膝,无效6膝,有效率92.7%。结论:中药熏洗配合小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效准确,可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fumigating and washing with Chinese herbs combining with akupotomye on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Fifty patients with KOA(82 knees) were enrolled in the present study.All patients received fumigating and washing twice a day and akupotomye every 5 days.One course lasts 20 days.Results:After treatment,excellent effect was observed in 26 knees,good effect in 50 knees,and no effect in 6 knees.The effective rate was 92.7%.Conclusion: Fumigating and washing with Chinese herbs combining with akupotomye has good effect on knee osteoarthritis.更多还原
