【摘要】 目的:探讨等离子刀髓核成形术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的手术方法、适应症及疗效。方法:自2005年10月~2008年3月我们应用等离子刀手术系统对18例具有临床症状的颈椎间盘突出症患者实施了等离子刀髓核成形术治疗,并对其疗效进行观察分析。结果:术后随访1~2年,临床显效12例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率为94%,无并发症。结论:等离子刀髓核成形术治疗颈椎间盘突出症具有针对性强、损伤小、安全和恢复快以及易为患者接受等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the surgical method,indications and efficacy of coblation nucleoplasty in treating cervical disc herniation.Methods:A total of 18 patients with cervical disc herniation were treated with coblation nucleoplasty from October 2005 to March 2008,and its effects were studied.Results:The 1 year to 2 years of follow-up showed that it was markedly effective in 12cases,effective in 5 cases and ineffective in 1 case.The total effective rate was 94% and there were no complications.Conclusion:Coblation nucleoplasty treatment on cervical disc herniation is highly targeted and well accepted by patients,with the advantages of small lesion,good safety and quick recovery.更多还原
