【摘要】 目的:研究木犀草素抗小鼠Lewis肺癌和4T1乳腺癌转移的作用。方法:采用小鼠自发性肿瘤转移和被动转移模型,通过检测肿瘤转移结节数及脏器指数来研究木犀草素对小鼠Lewis肺癌和4T1乳腺癌转移的影响。结果:木犀草素可有效抑制小鼠Lewis和4T1肺转移结节数,增强小鼠对癌症的相伴免疫反应。结论:木犀草素有明显的抗转移作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of antimetastasis of luteolin in mice bearing Lewis lung cancer and 4T1 mammary cancer.METHODS The antimetastasis of luteolin was investigated by spontaneous metastasis and passive pulmonary metastasis of Lewis lung cancer and 4T1 mammary cancer in mice,metastatic nodules and organ index were evaluated.RESULTS Luteolin could effectively suppress node numbers of tumor in lung and enhance cancer-associated immune response in mice.CONCLUSION Luteolin had significant antitumor metastasis effect.更多还原
