【摘要】 目的:探讨结合雌激素软膏(倍美力软膏)治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:2008年1月-2008年12月在某院门诊确诊为老年性阴道炎的患者128例,患者分为2组,其中使用结合雌激素软膏联合甲硝唑患者为A组(70例),单纯使用甲硝唑患者为B组(58例),所有患者用药2周,观察并比较其治疗效果。结果:A组治疗前后阴道健康评分增加,阴道炎症状评分减少,pH值降低,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);B组用药前后比较(P<0.05)。结论:阴道局部使用结合雌激素软膏联合甲硝唑能有效治疗老年性阴道炎,不良反应较少,使用方便,是一种较好的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effects of the conjugated-estrogens cream in treating senile vaginitis. METHODS 128 patients were divided into two groups, conjugated-estrogens cream combined with metronidazole for group A,simply use metronidazole for group B. The clinical effects were compared after 2 weeks. RESULTS Vaginal health score was increased,Vaginal inflammation score was reduced and pH lowered for group A,and there are significant differences before and after treatment. CONCLUSION Senile vaginitis can be effectively treated by conjugated-estrogens cream combined with metronidazole, there were fewer side effects and it is easy to use.更多还原
