【摘要】 目的:探讨活血散瘀汤合用α-受体阻滞剂及前列腺按摩治疗前列腺痛的临床疗效。方法:124例前列腺痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组86例采用活血散瘀汤合用α-受体阻滞剂及前列腺按摩治疗,对照组38例以常规西药治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.51%,对照组为76.32%,2组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:活血散瘀汤合用α-受体阻滞剂及前列腺按摩治疗慢性前列腺炎前列腺痛能够显著提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on prostatodynia with alpha-blocking agent,prostatic massage and medicinal broth of activating blood circulation.METHODS:124 cases of prostate pain,patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,86 cases combined with activating blood circulation medicinal broth alpha-blocking agent and prostatic massage treatment,control group,38 cases of conventional western medicine treatment,observed clinical efficacy.RESULTS:The total effective rate in treatment group 96.51%,76.32% in control group,the difference of two groups was significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The treatment of prostatodynia with alpha-blocking agent,prostatic massage and medicinal broth of activating blood circulation can significantly improve its clinical efficacy.更多还原
