月桂氮酮和薄荷醇对复方积雪草苷凝胶体外透皮吸收的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究不同浓度的月桂氮酮、薄荷醇对复方积雪草苷凝胶体外透皮吸收的影响,以筛选有效的透皮吸收促进剂。方法:采用改进Franz扩散池装置,以离体小鼠鼠皮为透皮屏障,用高效液相色谱法测定接收池中积雪草苷的含量,计算积雪草苷累积透皮吸收量与透皮速率。结果:使用渗透促进剂之后,积雪草苷的渗透速率有明显的提高,其中薄荷醇1.0%>0.5%>2.0%,月桂氮酮1.0%>4.0%>2.0%,月桂氮酮>2种促进剂联用>薄荷醇。以月桂氮酮1.0%的透皮效果最好。结论:本凝胶中含1.0%月桂氮酮时积雪草苷能获得较好的渗透速率。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of the different concentration of azone and menthol on the percutaneous permeability of the compound Asiaticoside gel in vitro.To screen the effective transdermal absorption enhancer.METHODS:Isolated rat skin was taken as the permeable barrier by using a modified Franz absorbing-cell device.The content of Asiaticoside in the modified Franz absorbing-cell device was dertermined by HPLC,and the cumulation of Asiaticoside permeated through the rat skin was calculated.RESULTS:After adding the penetration enhancer,the penetrating rate of Asiaticoside Gel preparations increased remarkably.Menthol(1.0%>0.5%>2.0%),azone(1.0%>4.0%>2.0%),azone>two kinds of penetration enhancers used in combination>menthol.1.0% azone transdermal was the best.CONCLUSION:Asiaticoside gel able to obtain a higher penetration rate when the gel containing 1.0% azone.
