【摘要】 目的:观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对原发性高血压的降压疗效及对颈动脉内膜中层厚度和左室肥厚的影响。方法:160例1～2级原发性高血压患者随机分为苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗组和硝苯地平控释片治疗组,每组各80例。所有患者均随访1年。每例患者前2周测血压2次/周,以后1次/周;治疗前及1年后各做一次颈动脉和心脏超声检查。结果:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平和硝苯地平控释片均能明显平稳减低血压(P<0.01)和干预颈动脉内膜增厚及左室肥厚(P<0.05),但2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平除能有效平稳降低高血压患者血压外,还能干预左室肥厚和颈动脉内膜中层厚度。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of levamlodipine besylate on blood pressure and carotid intima-media thickness and left ventrtcular hypertrophy in hypertensive patients.METHODS All 160patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension were divided randomly and averagely into two groups(levamlodipine besylate-treated group and nifedipine gits-treated group).Clinical blood pressure test was taken in all patients twice a week in the first two weeks after anti-hypertension therapy,then once a week;the carotid and cardi-ac ultrasonographic test before anti-hypertension therapy and 1year later respectively.RESULTS Both levamlodipine besylate and nife-dipine gits reduced the elevated blood pressure evidently and steadily(P<0.01),alleviated increased carotid intima-media thickness and left ventrtcular hypertrophy as well(P<0.05)without remarkable differences between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The therapy with levamlodipine besylate both reduces the elevated blood pressure evidently and steadily,and alleviates increased carotid inti-ma-media thickness and left ventrtcular hypertrophy.更多还原
