美洛昔康聚乙烯吡咯烷酮固体分散体的制备及体外溶出
Study on the preparation and its dissolution rate of meloxicam PVP solid dispersion
【摘要】 目的:利用固体分散技术制备美洛昔康固体分散体,以增加其溶解度和溶出速度。方法:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30(PVPK30)为载体,用溶剂法制成美洛昔康固体分散体,并进行体外溶出度研究。结果:随着载体比例增加,固体分散体体外溶出度先增大后减小,且最佳比例为1∶7。结论:固体分散体能加速美洛昔康在体外的溶出。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To improve in vitro release of meloxicam,the technology of solid dispersion was used and meloxicam was prepared as solid dispersion.METHODS Dissolvent method was used with PVP K30 as carrier.The in vitro disolution was studied.RESULTS The cumulative percentage of dissolution was compared between meloxicam-PVP solid dispersion and intial powder.The result showed that different was significant in the speed of dissolution and cumulative percentage of every kind of meloxicam solid dispersion. The optimum formulation was the solid dispersion made with the proportion of meloxicam:PVP K30=1:7. CONCLUSION The solid dispersion made with the proportion of meloxicam:PVP K30=1:7 increases in vitro dissolution rate.It can be used to prepare new kind of preparation.
