【摘要】 目的:评价孟鲁司特联合血塞通片对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的生活质量影响。方法:按照预先制定的COPD患者入选及排除标准选择60例患者,采用孟鲁司特联合血塞通片治疗,治疗前及治疗终点采用呼吸系统疾病专用的St.George’s呼吸问卷(SGRQ)量化评分,比较治疗前后评分变化,并对患者治疗前后SGRQ评分结果进行配对t检验及多变量相关性分析,评价患者在用药前后生存质量变化。结果:由配对t检验看出,P值均小于0.05,表明第一部分评分(呼吸症状)、第二部分评分(活动受限、疾病影响)、总评分这三个治疗前后评分差均有统计学意义;将第一部分评分、第二部分评分、总评分这三个治疗前后评分进行多变量方差分析,结果P值均小于0.01,患者治疗前后SGRQ评分差异存在统计学意义。结论:孟鲁司特联合血塞通片对提高COPD稳定期患者的生存质量有较好影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the influence of combination of montelukast and Xue Sai-Tong tablets on the life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. METHODS Sixty patients were treated with combination of montelukast and Xue Sai-Tong tablets. The St. George’s respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ) was used to evaluate the difference after treatment and detect by t-test and correlation analysis among various measurements. RESULTS The difference among the first part(the respiratory symptoms section score), the second part(the activity section score,and theimpacts section score ) and the general grades was significant in statistics (P<0.05). The three grades were significant different by correlation analysis among various measurements (P<0.01). And the SGRQs were significant different. CONCLUSION Montelukast and Xue Sai-Tong tablet will improve the life quality of patients with COPD.更多还原
