【摘要】 目的:了解当前北京民营医疗机构发展的现状、问题与对策。方法:在北京四个区县民营医疗机构的343名从业人员中开展一次随机整群抽样问卷调查。结果:有57.7%的人对当前工作感到满意;有39.8%的人认为所在机构最大的优势是"拥有特色疗法";"行政审批程序复杂"和"公立医院垄断了市场"制约了民间资本举办非营利性医疗机构;导致民营医疗机构"诚信"问题前两位的原因是"夸大宣传"和"社会偏见"。结论:建议停用"非公医疗机构"的提法,扩大民营医疗机构医保定点,开展民营医院医改试点,鼓励和引导知名专家多点执业等措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To understand the status,problems and measurements of private hospital in Beijing.Methods:343 medical staffs in private hospitals in 4 districts in Beijing were selected by randomized cluster sampling method to have a questionnaire.Results:It shows that 57.7% of the respondents are satisfactory with their current job.39.8% think one of the biggest advantages of their institution is that of specific items of treatment.The complex official supervision procedure and monopoly of public hospitals are two major obstacles which limits the access of private capital.Over-advertisement and social bias result in the low level of trust to the private medical institutions.Conclusions:non-public medical institutes is considered to be disused.The contract-medical institutes for medical insurance should be increased and pilot medical system reform in private hospital should be developed.Famous experts multi-sited licensed should be encouraged and guided.更多还原
