【摘要】 目的研究如何利用ABC分析法对我院药品进行科学、有效的管理。方法利用ABC分析法对我院药品出库实行分类,分析其结果,并对其在药品采购、控制库存和贵重药品管理等方面的应用进行探讨。结果与结论我院药品实行ABC分类管理后,出库差错率显著降低,库存控制合理,既保障供应又杜绝了浪费,同时也促进了合理用药工作的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study how to use ABC analysis method for scientific and effective management of drugs in our hospital.Methods Use ABC analysis for drugs to implement classification in our hospital,analyze their results,and explore the application in the drug procurement,inventory control and management of precious drugs.Results and Conclusion After implementing ABC drug classification management in our hospital,the error rate of out-storeroom was significantly reduced,and drug inventory control was reasonable,which not only ensure the supply to eliminate waste,but also promote the rational use of drugs work.更多还原
