【摘要】 目的建立安神补心六味丸中原儿茶酸含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasil菲罗门C18;流动相:甲醇-0.1%冰乙酸(10∶90);检测波长:260nm;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果原儿茶酸在2.26~11.30μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.26%,RSD=1.29%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the determination method for protocatechuic in Anshen Buxin Liuwei Wan.Methods HPLC was used with Kromasil C18 column,detection wawelenth:260nm,mobile phase:methanol-0.1% acetic acid(10∶90),flow rate:1mL·min-1,column teperature:25℃.Results Protocatechuic has good linear relationship between 2.26~11.30μg·mL-1(r=0.9998).The average recovery of protocatechuic was 99.26% and RSD was 1.29%.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and reliable to carry out to control the quality of this preparation.更多还原
