【摘要】 目的探讨白介素-6(IL-6)基因-572C/G多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,对358例2型糖尿病患者(2型糖尿病组)和326例非糖尿病对照人群(对照组)的IL-6基因-572C/G多态性基因型进行对照分析。结果 IL-6基因-572GG基因型在2型糖尿病组和对照组的频率分别为4.7%和1.84%(χ2=4.797,P=0.029),两组间有统计学差异。结论 IL-6基因-572GG型可能是2型糖尿病的易感基因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of interleukin-6(IL-6)gene 572C/G polymorphism with type 2 diabetes in Liaoning Han population.Methods Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP)was used to determine the distribution of allele and genotype frequencies of IL-6 gene 572C/G polymorphism in 358 type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients and 326 cases without diabetes mellitus as control group.Case-contrast analysis was used to study the IL-6 gene 572C/G polymorphism.Results The frequence of IL-6 gene 572GG genotype in T2DM and control groups were 4.7% and 1.84%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(χ2=4.797,P =0.029).Conclusion IL-6 gene 572GG genotype may be a high risk of T2DM.更多还原
