【摘要】 目的:探讨在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的诊断中子宫颈电环切除术(LEEP)能否被阴道镜下多点活组织检查(活检)替代。方法:回顾性分析2007年3月以来,因宫颈病变同时行阴道镜下多点活检和LEEP的患者共62例,采用自身对照法,对比研究LEEP与阴道镜下多点活检病理检查结果。结果:LEEP与阴道镜下多点活检的病理检查结果完全相符合者41例,不符合者21例。LEEP术后,因发现早期浸润癌及原位癌行全子宫切除者7例,其余55例患者(宫颈上皮内瘤变患者41例)在LEEP术后密切随访,保留了生育功能,在术后随访的6个月中,无1例出现宫颈细胞学检查异常者。结论:LEEP对CIN的诊断价值是十分重要的,它不能被阴道镜下多点活检所取代。同时,LEEP对CIN有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine whether loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)can be instead of with colposcopic multiple biopsies and to evaluate the clinical value of LEEP in diagnosis and management of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods:62 patients with CIN diagnosed and treated were retrospectively analyzed focusing on the comparative study in pathology between LEEP and colposcopic multiple biopsies.Results:Of the 62 patients,there was a correlation in pathology between LEEP and colposcopic multiple biopsies in 41 cases,but there was not much correspondence between two methods in 21 cases.After LEEP,hysterectomy was performed in 7 cases because of early invasive carcinoma or intraepithelial carcinoma.55 cases were closely followed up in a period of 6 months.In the 6 months,no cytology abnormality was detected.Conclusions:LEEP had important values in diagnosis of CIN,and it could not be instead of colposcopic multiple biopsies.LEEP was also a good method in managing CIN.更多还原
