美味猕猴桃根中化学成分的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 目的研究美味猕猴桃(A.deliciosa)根中的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱分离,通过理化常数和光谱分析确定化合物的结构。结果从醋酸乙酯部分分离得到7个化合物,经鉴定分别为芦荟大黄素(1)、11-O-乙酰基芦荟大黄素(2)、芦荟大黄素11-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(3)、槲皮素(4)、槲皮素3′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、表儿茶素(6)和儿茶素(7)。结论化合物1~3和5为首次从该属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Aim To study the chemical constituents of the root of Actinidia deliciosa.Methods The compounds were isolated by means of column chromatography,their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated from EtOAc fraction of the root of A.chinensis,and their structures were identified to be aloe-emodin(1),11-O-acetyl-aloe-emodin(2),aloe-emodin 11-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(3),quercetin(4),quercetin 3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),(-)-epicatechin(6) and(+)-catechin(7).Conclusion Compounds 13 and 5 from the genus,and 1-7 from the plant were reported for the first time.
