【摘要】 目的:通过肿瘤科临床药师开展工作情况,探讨不同专科的临床药师在病区如何深入开展药学服务工作。方法:总结肿瘤科患者药物治疗特点,从患者最需要解决的问题着手,抓住癌性疼痛的处理及肿瘤患者的抗感染治疗,运用实例进行阐述。结果:临床药师对于药物治疗的干预,有效地减轻了癌症患者的疼痛,降低了药品不良反应发生率,促进了临床医师规范使用抗菌药物,提高了治疗效果。结论:总结专科药物治疗特点,着手患者最需要解决的问题是专科临床药师成功实施临床药学服务的重要有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To discuss how to carry out clinical pharmaceutical care in depth by clinical pharmacists in different wards,according to the experience of clinical pharmacist in oncology department.METHODS:We summarized the characteristics of drug therapy in oncology department and grasped the problems which were the most urgent.The treatment of cancer pain and anti-infection therapy were interpreted using examples.RESULTS:Clinical pharmacist intervened drug therapy,which is effective to relieve the pains of cancer patients,decrease the incidence of adverse drug reactions and promote rational use of antibacterials by clinical physicians and therapeutic efficacy.CONCLUSION:It is the most important and effective way to carry out clinical pharma-ceutical care by special clinical pharmacists to grasp the characteristics of special drug therapy and urgent demand of the patients.更多还原
