【摘要】 目的:研究孟鲁司特治疗儿童变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:120例变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组与干预组,分别采用糖皮质激素及加用孟鲁司特治疗,总疗程3个月。观察2组临床症状及肺功能改善情况。结果:干预组在改善变应性鼻炎症状方面较治疗组有效,在哮喘症状和肺功能改善上较治疗组显著(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特能有效缓解变应性鼻炎症状,在治疗哮喘方面与吸入性糖皮质激素药物联用优于单纯使用吸入激素。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To research the therapeutic efficacy of montelukast in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with asthma.METHODS:120 asthmatic children with allergic rhinitis were randomized into treatment group and intervention group.Both groups were treated with corticosteroids while intervention group additionally received montelukast for 3 months.The change of clinical symptoms and pulmonary function in 2 groups were observed.RESULTS: Intervention group showed better curative efficacy than treatment group in the improvement of clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis.Intervention group was significantly better than treatment group in the improvement of asthma symptoms and pulmonary function(P<0.05.) CONCLUSION:Montelu-kast can effectively alleviate the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.It combined with inhaled corticosteroid drugs is better than inhaled steroid alone in the treatment of asthma.更多还原
