【摘要】 目的:建立科学、可控的质量管理体系,以加强医院拆零药品的质量管理。方法:从环境、人员、包装及流程等方面分析我院药房拆零药品质量管理中存在的问题,探讨应用全自动口服药品摆药机改进其管理措施。结果与结论:应用摆药机拆零药品具有卫生、快速、准确等优点,有利于提高拆零药品管理水平,保证拆零药品质量及患者用药的安全、有效,尽管尚存在一些不足,仍值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a scientific and controllable quality management system in order to improve quality control of dismantled medicines in hospital.METHODS:The problems about the quality control of dismantled medicines were analyzed from environment,personnel,package and workflow,etc.The improvement of quality management measure by applying automatic oral drug dispensing system was discussed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The application of automatic oral drug dispensing system in dismantling medicines is characterized with quickness,cleanness and accuracy.It is beneficial to improve management level of dismantled medicines and to guarantee quality of dismantled medicines,the safety and efficacy of medication.It is worthy of popularizing in spite of some defects.更多还原
