【摘要】 目的:观察环磷酰胺联合大剂量甲泼尼龙配合血液净化救治百草枯中毒的疗效。方法:在常规治疗的基础上采用静脉滴注环磷酰胺200mg,qd,连用10d(总量2g),联合静脉滴注大剂量甲泼尼龙1g,qd,配合血液净化并连用3d(总量3g)抢救口服百草枯中毒2例。结果:治疗9d后,患者血氧饱和度达98%,16d后患者痊愈出院,肝肾功能正常。随访未见任何后遗症。结论:百草枯中毒除早期采用彻底洗胃、导泻、使用抗自由基药物、预防感染等综合治疗外,应及时给予免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺联合大剂量糖皮质激素甲泼尼龙配合血液净化治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with high-dose of methylprednisolone and blood purification for paraquat poisoning.METHODS:Based on the conventional therapy,2 case of paraquat intoxication was given intravenous infusion of cyclophosphamide 200 mg once a day for 10 days(total amount of 2 g),intravenous infusion of high-doses of methylprednisolone 1 g once a day for 3 days(total amount of 3 g)and blood purification.RESULTS:After 9 days of treatment,blood oxygen saturation scope reached 98%.16 days later,patients discharged from hospital without any complication and liver and kidney function was kept at normal level.Any sequelae hadn’t been found out in follow-up study.CONCLUSION:Except for radical gastric lavage,catharsis,application of anti-free radical drugs and infections prevention treatment at the early stage of paraquat poisoning,therapy of cyclophosphamide combined with high-dose of hormone glucocorticoid methylprednisolone and blood purification should be conducted timely.更多还原
