【摘要】 目的:系统评价人血白蛋白(HSA)在危重患者中的临床应用情况。方法:检索Medline、Embase、Cochrane、万方数据库,对有关HSA治疗危重患者的临床研究文献进行统计归纳,对检索到的文章进行质量评价,分析其是否符合本研究的纳入标准,对结果进行荟萃分析。评价指标采用比值比及其95%可信区间,统计学分析采用RevMan4.2软件。结果:HSA在临床上对危重患者的治疗比较普遍,与阳性对照药比较,在治疗并发症上有明显优势,但在死亡率上有明显劣势。结论:临床应更加严格掌握HSA应用适应证,在治疗危重患者时要在考虑成本-效益的基础上合理应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate clinical application of human serum albumin(HSA)in critically ill patients systematically.METHODS:Relevant literatures were retrieved from Medline,Embase,Cochrane,and Wanfang database.The qualities of literatures were evaluated to analyze whether the RCT met the inclusion criteria.Meta-analysis was carried out.Odds ratio(OR)and its 95% confidence interval(CI)were used as the measurement parameters.The statistical analysis was performed by RevMan 4.2 software.RESULTS:HSA had been widely used for critically ill patients in the clinic.It had obvious advantage in complications and treatment,compared with positive control.Even it had disadvantage in mortality.CONCLUSION:The indication of HSA should be limited more strictly.Rational use of HAS for critically ill patients should be considered about cost-effectiveness of it.更多还原
