【摘要】 目的:为广大医药工作者学习和研究"新医改"中的药品政策提供依据。方法:分析我国医疗体制改革过程中相关药品政策出台时间、背景和所起的作用,探寻其发展方向。结果与结论:医疗体制改革过程中先后出台了一系列药品价格政策、药品招标政策和医药分业政策,贯穿于医疗体制改革的全过程,对于降低药品价格、减轻患者医疗负担起到了应有的作用。其今后的发展方向将涉及实行医药分业、尝试药房托管、改善医药价格监管、理顺药品流通机制、建立医疗服务第三方购买制度等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for medical and pharmaceutical staff to study drug policy of New Medical Reform in China.METHODS:The introduction time,background and effect of drug policy in medical system reform were analyzed and the development trends were studied.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:A series of policy have been introduced during the whole process of medical system reform,such as drug price policy,drug bidding policy and separation policy of pharmacy from hospital.These policies played role on decreasing drug price and reducing the medical expenditure of patients.The development of drug policy tends involve the separation of pharmacy from hospital,pharmacy deposit,drug price monitoring,drug circulation mechanism and third party medical service purchase system,etc.更多还原
