【摘要】 目的:观察硫普罗宁肠溶片联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:随机选择酒精性脂肪肝门诊患者75例,其中治疗组40例,硫普罗宁肠溶片0.2 g,bid,同时加服水飞蓟宾胶囊70 mgt,id;对照组仅给予硫普罗宁肠溶片0.2 g,bid。15 d为1个疗程,2组均治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组肝功能、血脂各指标显著下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B超检查结果明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为91.4%、65.6%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组均未见明显严重不良反应。结论:硫普罗宁联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著,且无明显严重不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of tiopronin entericcoated tablets combined with metformin capsules in treating alcoholic fatty liver disease.METHODS:75 patients with alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into therapy group and control group:40 patients in therapy group were treated with tiopronin entericcoated tablets combined with metformin capsules for 30 days,and 35 in control group treated with tiopronin entericcoated tablets in the same period.RESULTS:The therapy group showed a noticeable indices drop in liver function and blood lipids.Comparing with its starting status,there was statistical significance(P<0.01)in the differences,and with control group,also statistical significance(P<0.05)in the differences.The ultrasound detection showed improvements in the patients’liver conditions.The total effective rates were 91.4% and 65.6% for therapy group and control group.Again,there was statistical significance in the differences between the 2 groups(P<0.05)after treatment.CONCLUSION:Tiopronin entericcoated tablets combined with Metformin capsules is effective in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver disease without noticeable side effect.更多还原
