【摘要】 目的:优选乳痛宁颗粒提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量和提取时间为考察因素,以柴胡、刘寄奴和锁阳的醇提液中总黄酮含量和乙醇浸出物量的综合评分为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交设计进行试验。结果:优选工艺为用10倍药材用量的70%乙醇,提取2次,每次1h。结论:该提取工艺合理、可行,可为研制乳通宁颗粒提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of Rutongning granules. METHODS: The extraction technology of Rutongning granules was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal experiment using the concentration of ethanol, amount of ethanol and extraction time as factors with the content of total flavonoids and the yield of ethanol in ethanol extract from Bupleurum chinense, Artemisia anomala and Cynomorium songaricum as index. RESULTS:Optimized extraction technology was as follows: 70% alcohol was applied and the proportion of solid to liquid was 1 ∶ 10, extracting for 2 times,1 h each time. CONCLUSION: The extraction technology is rational and available. It provides theoretical basis for the study and preparation of Rutongning granules.更多还原
