【摘要】 目的:优选净化间清洁方法,为净化间清洁操作提供依据。方法:以消毒剂种类(A,75%乙醇、消毒片、0.2%新洁尔灭)、紫外灯开启时间(B,10、20、30min)、净化间风机开启时间(C,30、40、50min)为考察因素,平均菌落数为考察指标进行正交试验,优选净化间清洁方法并进行验证。结果:最优清洁方法A为消毒片,B为30min,C为40min;每周1次以最优清洁方法对净化间进行清洁,结果连续4周无菌落生长。结论:优选方法操作简便,适用于净化间的日常清洁。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the cleaning method of clean rooms, and to provide reference for the cleaning process. METHODS: The cleaning method of clean rooms was optimized by orthogonal experiment with type of disinfectant (A, 75% ethanol, disinfection tablet, 0.2% bromo-geramine), length of turning-on time of UV lamps (B, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min) and length of turning-on time of fans (C, 30 min, 40 min, 50 min) as factors and with the average amount of airborne particles as index. Then the cleaning method was verified. RESULTS: Optimal cleaning method was as follows: disinfection tablet as A, B of 10 min, C of 40 min. The optimal method was used to clean once a week. No colony grew in the clean room during 4 weeks. CONCLUSION: Optimal method is simple in operation and suitable for daily cleaning of clean rooms.更多还原
