【摘要】 目的:为医院药品仓储管理工作的规范化和便利化提供参考。方法:在我院药库引入供应链管理模式,考虑库存管理中的多种因素,结合药品使用的特殊性,选用模糊聚类分析来进行药品的多准则ABC分类,基于此分类进行库存管理系统的方案设计,同时根据该设计方案对药品库存的管理进行优化。结果与结论:该方法优化了我院整个需求与供应链管理流程,将我院的药品库存金额控制在2 000万元的合理范围内,使药品月转次数达每周3～5次,节省资金成本,降低了立体仓库的运行成本,而且能有效地提高仓库内作业的节奏。因此,该库存控制模式可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To provide references for the standardization and facilitation of drug store management in hospital.METHODS: Supply chain management mode was introduced and Multi-criteria ABC inventory classification of drugs was conducted with fuzzy clustering analysis,according to various factors and the specificity of drugs.Store management system was designed basing on above classification to optimize drug store management.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS : Established management mode optimize the process of demand and supply chain to maintain inventory amount within 20,000,000 yuan and monthly inventory turns of 3～5 times a week.Reduction of cost and operational cost improve efficacy of drug store.This store management mode is feasible.更多还原
