【摘要】 目的:对甘肃陇西黄芪中的5种重金属(Pb、Cd、Cu、As、Hg)含量进行测定。方法:采用湿法消解对样品进行处理,通过原子吸收(AAS)法对重金属含量进行测定。结果:甘肃陇西不同地区黄芪中的重金属含量均不超标。结论:AAS法能准确测定黄芪中重金属的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of 5 kinds of heavy metal elements in Astragalus membranaceus from Longxi of Gansu province,i.e. Pb,Cd,Cu,As,Hg. METHODS:Wet digestion pretreatment was carried out for samples and atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) was used for the determination of heavy metal elements. RESULTS:The contents of 5 kinds of heavy metal elements in A. membranaceus from Longxi of Gansu Province were lower than the limit.
