【摘要】 目的:观察国产苯溴马隆治疗青年高尿酸血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:113例青年高尿酸血症患者随机分为2组:对照组55例,给予低嘌呤饮食治疗;治疗组58例,在对照组基础上,加服国产苯溴马隆50mg,qd。4周后测定血尿酸含量和相关指标。结果:治疗组总有效率(84.48%)高于对照组(41.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组的血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐、微量白蛋白尿较对照组有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);2组治疗前后在血常规和肝功能方面则无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验中2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:国产苯溴马隆对青年高尿酸血症有较好的治疗作用,且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic benzbromarone in treatment of hyperuricemia in the youth. METHODS: 113 young patients with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into treatment group(n=58) and control group(n=55). Both groups were given low purine diet for four weeks. Treatment group were additionally treated with domestic benzbromarone 50 mg once a day. The level of blood uric acid and related indicators were tested at the end of the treatment. RESULTS: The total effective rates were 84.48% for treatment group and 41.82% for control group, Statistical significance was noted in clinical efficacy between two groups(P<0.01). The decrease of blood uric acid level in treatment group was more significant than in control group(P<0.01). The urea nitrogen, creatinine and microalbuminuria in treatment group were promoted significantly, which was significantly different from in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). There were no significant differences between two groups regarding to blood count and liver function(P>0.05);2 group had no significant adverse reaction. CONCLUSION: Domestic benzbromarone has good therapeutic effect and no significant adverse reaction on hyperuricemia in youth.更多还原
