【摘要】 目的:观察正骨祛痛酊治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将140例急性软组织损伤患者随机分为治疗组(n=70)和对照组(n=70),治疗组采用正骨祛痛酊,对照组以消伤痛搽剂涂抹患处,均每2h1次,1日6次,7d为一疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.29%,显效率74.28%;对照组总有效率为77.14%,显效率37.14%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗组在治疗后疼痛、压痛、肿胀、功能障碍及瘀斑的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:正骨祛痛酊是治疗急性软组织损伤的高效、速效、安全的外用制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of Zhenggu qutong tincture on acute soft tissue injury. METHODS:140 cases of acute soft tissue injury were treated with Zhenggu qutong tincture (treatment group) and Xiaoshangtong linimentum (control group) for 6 times each day (interval of 2 h) with cure course of seven days. The total effective rate and obvious effective rate were observed while the improvement of symptoms such as pain, tenderness, swelling, dysfunction and ecchymosis were also determined. RESULTS: The total effective rates were 94.29% for treatment group and 77.14% for control group while obvious effective rates were 74.28% and 37.14% respectively with significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The improvement of symptoms in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Zhenggu qutong tincture is an efficient, quick-impact, safe agent for surgery use in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury.更多还原
