重庆垫江牡丹皮HPLC指纹图谱研究(Ⅲ)——刮丹皮指纹图谱
Study on the HPLC Fingerprint of Paeonia suffruticosa Cultivated in Chongqing Dianjiang County (Part Ⅲ):Fingerprints of Shaved P. suffruticosa
【摘要】 目的:建立重庆垫江药用牡丹刮丹皮的标准高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为科学评价与有效控制牡丹皮的质量提供新的依据和技术手段。方法:利用HPLC法测定重庆垫江产刮丹皮样品10批;采用国家药典委员会制定的《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2004A版)专用软件进行自动匹配、相似度计算和色谱数据分析。结果:10批刮丹皮样品共有峰12个,共有峰面积占总峰面积的90.61%;各样品与自动生成对照图谱的相似度达0.9以上,其中8批样品达0.95以上。结论:由10批样品生成的对照图谱可以作为重庆垫江药用牡丹刮丹皮的标准指纹图谱,其特征信息提取充分。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To set up the standard HPLC fingerprints of shaved Paeonia.cultivated in Chongqing Dianjiang county so as to provide a new reference basis and technical method for the scientific appraisal and the effective control of the quality of P. suffruticosa.METHODS: 10 batches of original samples of shaved P. suffruticosa. from Chongqing Dianjiang county were determined by HPLC. The software "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatograph Fingerprint of TCM" (2004A version) issued by National Pharmacopoeia Committee of China was used for automatic matching, computation of similarities and chromatograph data. RESULTS: There are 12 common peaks in 10 batches of original samples and the total peak area of common peaks accounted for 90.61% of total. The similarity between various samples and the automatically generated reference fingerprints reached above 0.9 and even more than 0.95 in 8 batches of samples. CONCLUSION: The reference fingerprints of 10 batches of original samples could be the standard fingerprints of shaved P. suffruticosa.cultivated in Chongqing Dianjiang county, and their characteristic information of the fingerprint is fully extracted.
