【摘要】 目的:评价2种用药方案治疗下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症(ASO)的临床效果及经济学意义。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,收集156例ASO病历,其中A组83例,应用桂哌齐特注射液治疗;B组73例,应用前列地尔注射液治疗,2组疗程均为14d。比较2种用药方案治疗ASO各种症状的效果,并进行成本-效果分析。结果:A组与B组成本分别为3606.77、3642.19元(P>0.05),静息痛有效率分别为41.25%、57.97%(P<0.05),冷感有效率分别为38.27%、62.86%(P<0.05),间歇性跛行有效率分别为40.79%、65.67%(P<0.05)。在静息痛、冷感及间歇性跛行方面的成本-效果比A组分别为8743.68、9424.54、8842.29;B组分别为6282.89、5794.13、5546.20。结论:2种用药方案均可改善ASO的临床症状,但对于伴有静息痛、冷感及间歇性跛行等症状的ASO患者B组方案较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and economical significance of 2 therapeutic regimens in the treatment of arteriosclerotic occlusion of lower limbs. METHODS:By a retrospective study,156 patients with arteriosclerotic occlusion of lower limbs were included:83 patients were assigned to Group A and treated with Cinepazide for 14 days and 73 to Group B treated with Alprostadil for 14 days. The symptoms in the two groups were compared after treatment and the cost-effectiveness were analyzed. RESULTS:The cost was 3 606.77 yuan for Group A and 3 642.19 yuan for Group B(P>0.05); the effective rates in rest pain in the two groups were 41.25% and 57.97%,respectively(P<0.05); the effective rates in cold sensation were 38.27% and 62.86%,respectively(P<0.05); and the effective rates in intermittent claudication were 40.79% and 65.67%,respectively(P<0.05). The cost-effectiveness ratios in rest pain,cold sensation and intermittent claudication in Group A were 8 743.68,9 424.54 and 8 842.29,respectively versus 6 282.89,5 794.13 and 5 546.20,respectively in Group B. CONCLUSION:Two different therapeutic regimens can relieve clinical symptoms of the patietns with arteriosclerotic occlusion of lower limbs,but Group B is superior to Group A for those patients with the symptoms of rest pain,cold sensation and intermittent claudication.更多还原
