【摘要】 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定双氯达克乳膏中氯霉素和丙酸氯倍他索含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A,流动相为0.02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(30∶70),检测波长为240nm,进样量为20μL,流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果:氯霉素、丙酸氯倍他索检测浓度的线性范围分别为7～35、0.4～2μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.80%、99.92%,日内、日间RSD分别为1.20%、1.31%,1.59%、1.47%。结论:本方法操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠,适用于该制剂的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for content determination of chloramphenicol and clobetasol propionate in shuanglvdake cream.METHODS:The determination was performed on YMC-Pack ODS-A column by using 0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol(30:70) as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the sample size was 20 μL.RESULTS:The linear range was 7～35 μg·mL-1 for chloramphenicol and 0.4～2μg·mL-1 for clobetasol propionate(r=0.9999) with average recovery of 99.80% and 99.92%,respectively.The intra-day RSD and inter-day RSD were 1.20%,1.31% and 1.59%,1.47%,respectively.CONCLUSION:This method is simple,rapid,accurate and applicable for the determination of shuanglvdake cream.更多还原
