【摘要】 目的总结分析中国大陆近十年来报道的Brugada综合征患者的临床特征与治疗情况。方法通过中文学术期刊网、中国生物医学论文数据库及中国科技期刊网等获取资料,对1998年1月～2008年12月国内期刊报道的Brugada综合征患者进行区域分布、临床特征与治疗进行分析。结果共收集Brugada综合征患者376例,男性占95.74%,主要分布于沿海与经济较发达地区。近60%患者晕厥发生时心电图或监护记录到室性心动过速或心室颤动。近半数患者经历过心肺复苏。院外猝死发生率高,占10.64%。埋藏式心脏转复除颤器(ICD)植入率较低,仅有12.5%。结论中国大陆Brugada综合征以男性患病为主,主要分布于我国沿海与经济较发达的地区,晕厥与猝死率较高,ICD植入率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapy of Brugada syndrome (BrS) in China’s mainland during recent ten years. Methods To download the literature of BrS from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),CMB,Wanfang and Weipu data bank,and to analyze the geographical distribution and clinical features of patients with BrS from January of 1998 to December of 2008. Results A total of 376 patients with BrS were harvested. Young male were dominant patients (95.74%). Patients with BrS distributed at more developed provinces or provinces along the coast of sea. Ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia was recorded in almost sixty percent patients when they suffered syncope. Half of patients with BrS had resuscitation. The rate of sudden cardiac death outside of hospital was 10.64%. Of 12.5% patients accepted implantation of implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD). Conclusion Brs is young male predominant disease. Sudden cardiac death is very common,however,the implantation of ICD is very few.更多还原
