【摘要】 目的回顾分析1070例心脏器械植入术后随访期间发生晕厥的21例患者再发晕厥的病因及处理。方法通过电话随访、常规检查、起搏器程控、动态心电图、肺血管CT、头部CT、冠状动脉造影、倾斜试验等明确病因并作相应处理。结果与室性心动过速、心室颤动有关者9例;血管迷走性晕厥3例;直立性低血压3例;起搏器相关2例;肺栓塞1例,病因不明3例。结论永久起搏器术后晕厥可由多种原因引起,实施综合检查后,多数可明确诊断,并能采取相应针对性治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To indentify the etiology of 21 recurrence syncope patients among 1 070 patients′ follow-up post cardiac device implantation.Methods Telephone follow-up,conventional test,pacemaker programmer interrogation,dynamic electrocardiogram,computed tomography of pulmonary artery or cerebral,coronary artery angiograpy,tilt table testing,etc,were used to indentify the etiology of recurrence syncope in these patients who was treated accordingly.Results The number of syncope patients concerned with ventricular tachycardia/fibrillation was 9,vasovagal syncope was 3,orthostatic hypotension was 3,pacemakers dysfunction was 2,pulmonary embolism was 1,undefined was 3.Conclusions The etiology of recurrence syncope post cardiac device implantation is various,most of them is diagnosed correctly by multiple test and relative treatment works well.更多还原
