【摘要】 目的观察一种新型空气消毒机对眼科诊室空气消毒效果。方法用自然沉降法采样和培养方法,对该空气消毒机应用于眼科诊室空气消毒效果进行评价,同时与原(旧)消毒方法作平行比较。结果新旧消毒方法均有11次超过Ⅱ类环境标准,其中旧消毒法有2次超过Ⅲ类环境标准,两组超标率相近。新消毒方法每次监测均达到Ⅲ类环境卫生标准,合格率为100%。结论循环风空气消毒机必须坚持在工作期间持续或间隔开机消毒,方可维持消毒效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a new air disinfection machine in clinic office of ophthalmology.Methods Natural sedimentation was used for sample collection and culture,and the air disinfection effect of the new machine was evaluated comparing with old method of disinfection.Results There were 11 times exceed the Ⅱ environmental standard for both old and new methods.Among them,2 times for the old method exceeding Ⅲ environmental standard.All results of the new method achieved the Ⅲ environmental standard,and the qualified rate was 100%.Conclusions In order to maintain the effect of disinfection,the machine with cycle wind must be keeping up in working continuously.更多还原
