【摘要】 目的了解上海市口腔诊疗机构医院感染管理现状和存在的问题,提出改进措施。方法采取现场检查和问卷调查方式对154家不同类别口腔诊疗机构医院感染和消毒隔离状况进行了调查。结果在所调查的154家口腔诊疗机构中,做到诊疗区与清洗消毒区分开的占98.05%,口腔器械消毒灭菌工作有专人负责占94.16%。口腔器械压力蒸汽灭菌操作人员经培训上岗的机构占57.14%,消毒剂浓度监测率为75.97%,压力蒸汽灭菌化学监测率为85.06%。诊疗人员佩戴口罩、护目镜者占73.38%。结论上海市口腔诊疗机构医院感染管理工作尚不够规范,消毒与灭菌管理亦存在一定问题,需要加强管理和监督。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know nosocomial infection management and problems of dental institutions in Shanghai,and to privide suggestions for improvement.Methods Field inspection and questionnaires were used to survey in 154 dental institutions with different level in Shanghai.Results 98.05% of institutions had separate areas for clinical procedure and for cleaning and sterilization.94.16% of institutions had designated professional person for instrument sterilization,but only 57.14% of institutions had persons with special training on autoclave sterilization.The proportion of institution with inspecting the concentration of disinfectants and the sterilization effects of autoclave sterilizer with chemical monitorer was 75.97% and 85.06%,respectively.The qualification percent of wearing masks and goggles was 73.38%.Conclusions Hospital infection management in dental institutions was not standardized in Shanghai.Problems were also existed in the management of disinfection and sterilization.It is necessary to strengthen management and government inspection in dental institution.更多还原
