【摘要】 目的观察山楂核提取物杀菌效果,为其在消毒方面应用提供科学依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验及现场试验方法进行了实验室和现场试验。结果以含总酸99.3 g/L的山楂核提取液溶液作用1 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00。用该山楂核提取物溶液擦拭皮肤作用1 min,对皮肤上自然污染菌平均消除对数值均>1.00,处理后皮肤上自然污染菌残留菌数均≤1.6 cfu/cm2。结论该山楂核的提取物溶液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭作用,对皮肤上自然菌杀灭效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of hawthorn kern extract in order to provide scientific basis for its application to disinfection.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and on-the-spot trial method were used to carry out laboratory and on-the-spot tests.Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension exposed to the solution of hawthorn kern extract containing total acid 99.3 g/L for 1 min were >5.00.Wiping the skin with the solution of hawthorn kern extract and contact for 1 min eliminated the natural contaminating bacteria on skin by a logarithm value >1.00 in average.The residual natural contaminating bacteria on skin after treatment was ≤1.6 cfu/cm2.Conclusion The hawthorn kern extract solution has good killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi and good efficacy in killing natural bacteria on skin.更多还原
