五种二氯异氰尿酸钠复方消毒剂杀菌性能的比较观察
COMPARATIVE GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF FIVE COMPOUND SODIUM DICHLOROISOCYANURATE DISINFECTANTS
【摘要】 目的比较五种二氯异氰尿酸钠复方消毒剂杀菌效果,为其科学使用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果五种品牌二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒剂含有效氯500 mg/L时作用在3.0~15.0min,对大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均>5.00;作用0.5~15.0 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>5.00。其中4份产品有效氯含量500 mg/L时作用5.0 min~15.0 min,对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均>4.00;另外1份产品有效氯含量1000 mg/L时作用3.0 min,对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00。按产品说明书有三种产品对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢进行杀灭试验,有效氯含量在4000 mg/L~5000 mg/L,作用时间在15.0 min~90.0 min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值均>5.00。结论五种品牌二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒剂,完全杀灭细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢所需有效氯含量或作用时间各不相同。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the germicidal efficacy of five kinds of compound sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectants,in order to provide the basis for their scientific use.Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out the laboratory observation.Results Five brands of compound sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectants containing available chlorine 500 mg/L with 3.0-15.0 min contact time killed Escherichia coli by logarithm value >5.00;the disinfectant with 0.5-15.0 min contact time killed Staphylococcus aureus by logarithm value >5.00.Four disinfectants containing available chlorine 500 mg/L with 5.0-15.0 min contact time killed Candida albicans by logarithm value >4.00;the other one containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L with 3.0 min contact time killed C.albicans by logarithm value >4.00.According to the product directions,experiment for killing Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores using 3 kinds of the disinfectants showed that the disinfectant containing available chlorine 4000-5000 mg/L.with 15.0-90.0 min contact time killed B.subtilis var.niger spores by logarithm value >5.00.Conclusion The available chlorine content or contact time of five kinds of compound sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectants required for complete killing the vegetative form of bacteria and spore are different.
