【摘要】 本文利用文献研究的方法对加拿大和澳大利亚两国在实施公共卫生均等化过程中所采取的策略和措施进行了梳理,总结两国的经验,以期对我国基本公共卫生服务均等化的实现有所借鉴。结果显示,加拿大和澳大利亚两国在立法、筹资、财政均等化、行政管理体制、公共卫生服务体系建设以及相关标准和规范的完善等方面均采取了恰当的措施,以保证所有国民能均等地享受到公共卫生服务项目。两国的经验对于当前我国正在实施的基本公共卫生服务均等化,解决我国在上述方面存在的一些问题具有一定的启示作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article aims to provide references for the equalization of basic public health service in China through summarizing the experiences of Canada and Australia in this field by using literature review.It showed that the both countries have improved the systems and measures,in terms of legislation,financing,financial equalization,administration,public health service provision system and the criteria establishment,to ensure the equity and accessibility of health services for every person in the country.The experiences of the two countries have some references and implications to solve the problems and promote the process of equalization of basic public health service in our country.更多还原
